Repeal the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting Requirement and Registry
While U.S. small business owners were granted temporary relief from complying with reporting requirements, we continue to pressure Congress to repeal the law and for Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to destroy all beneficial ownership information data already submitted by U.S. small businesses.
