NFIB Goes to Courts – and Wins! Celebrating 25 Years of Advocacy with the NFIB Small Business Legal Center

While most Washington lobbying efforts focus on Congress or the federal agencies, over the last 25 years NFIB has expanded its influence with the Small Business Legal Center’s advocacy on behalf of small businesses in court. Beth Milito, SBLC’s executive director, will discuss NFIB’s aggressive advocacy and successes in the U.S. Supreme Court and share highlights of ongoing activity in state and federal courts.
